Join Arcturus for a great race series over the long weekend that is Auckland Anniversary weekend, 2012. This includes racing 27 miles from Auckland to Mahurangi, a sailors' paradise north of Auckland.

Leave Auckland late afternoon, Friday 27th January, starting off the historic Devonport Yacht Club and race this classic schooner, arriving at Mahurangi just after dark. You'll sleep well the first night!

The next day (Saturday 28th January) Arcturus takes part in the Mahurangi classic yacht regatta, racing around the beautiful Mahurangi Harbour and later that evening at Scott's Landing, you will enjoy a barbecue, jazz band and dancing under the stars, hopefully clutching the winner's trophy! (We've won it before!). You'll probably sleep well this night too...

Sunday 29th January you will race back to Auckland with the other yachts in our division, a lovely selection of some of New Zealand's oldest and finest yachts.

2 nights accommodation on board the classic Alden schooner Arcturus, 27th-29th January 2012, including food, for only $900 per person.

Arcturus will be out on the water for Auckland Anniversary Day Regatta, Monday 30th January.

A huge spectacle of sail, steam, and any other motive power on water, Auckland Anniversary Day is not to be missed.

On Arcturus we can take you out for a 2 hour spectator trip to get you in the midst of all the action.

Arcturus is available for your Waiheke sailing yacht cruise and can accommodate up to 15 passengers on a day charter. Arcturus offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful island of Waiheke, from a short trip out of Matiatia, to a full day cruise right around the island, weather and tides permitting.
